1. Stallard Chassis website terms of use
The use of Stallard Chassis Store is subject to the terms of use of Stallard Chassis Australia’s website in addition to those appearing below.
2. Guarantee
All products offered through this store are for race use only, therefore attract no warrantee. No refunds will be accepted unless the goods were supplied in error.
Stallard USA is the manufacturer, and reserves its rights to refuse of accept any claim. Stallard Australia is an independant operation, and purchases from Stallard USA under the explicit knowledge that no warrantee for any goods will be accepted.
Purchasers can expect that Products, Publications and Services ordered for delivery in Australia will be delivered within ten (10) business days of receipt of order providing stock is on the shelf.
4. Payment terms
Processing off line credit card orders will be completed using the store interface. Online orders will be processed using an internal validation checking system, where expired credit cards will not be processed.
Stallard Chassis Australia Store orders are only able to be processed if you have an email address. To ensure prompt processing of your order, you will need to provide an email address where a tax invoice will be directed.

All products are NOT available for order for deliveries outside Australia with exception to New Zealand.
